PRICING
Our prices can change regularly as they are based on the latest market. Our prices are competitive so the final price paid for your product is the lowest price we could offer at that time. Placing an item in your cart or wish list does not reserve the price shown at that time. Items in your shopping cart and wish list will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page.
LAY BY
We can tailor make a lay by plan specific to your individual needs. All you need to do is contact us to setup you personalised plan subject to the terms of our Lay-By policy.
Lay-By Policy:
1. You must pay a minimum deposit, which is the first monthly payment Paypal Transfer.
2. You can Lay-By for up to 6 months depending on the value of your purchase.
3. You can control your Lay-By by choosing the intervals of installments.
4. If your payment of an installment is not made by the due date the lay by may be cancelled at our discretion and you will be subject to the cancellation penalty detailed below.
5. Your order will be delivered to you when the final Lay-By payment is made and all payments have cleared
6. You are able to cancel your Lay-By at any time provided you pay the Cancellation Penalty of 20% of the Products total price.
7. You acknowledge that Jila Arts has the right to retain 20% of the price and will at its discretion, refund to you any remaining Lay-by payments previously made by you after the 20% deduction.
8. All Lay-By payment schedules and transaction history can be viewed in your Account.
RETURNS - 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Jila Arts provides all its customers with a 14 day money back guarantee on any of their website purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 14 days after delivery for a full refund. All you pay is the cost of Return Shipping. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that all paintings are returned in its original saleable condition. Sale items orders will not be returnable or refundable.

Whilst every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that product images shown on this website are an accurate representation of the actual product the very nature of imaging product and reproducing those images on a website means that we cannot warrant the accuracy and the colours of artworks may vary.
SHIPPING
All orders with in Australia will be shipped free of charge sent rolled inside a postal tube. International purchases will be charged a flat rate of $100
The delivery time of your order can take up to 1 week within Australia and 3 weeks for international shipping. Jila Arts will use its best endeavours to ship your order according to the estimated shipping times provided. Estimated shipping times may vary or change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control as such we make no representations or warranties that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk in your ordered products will pass to you on delivery.
